Cancelling a standing order

How to cancel a standing order:

  1. Log on with your account number (11 digits) and personal code (6 digits).
  2. Click on "Virement".
  3. Click on "Gérer mes virements en cours".
  4. You will see your standing orders ("Permanents") and your one-off transfers ("Ponctuels").
  5. Find the transfer you wish to cancel and click on the small bin icon.
  6. Click on "Confirmer la suppression".

And that's it!

  1. Log on with your personal code (6 digits).
  2. Click on “Transfer” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click on "View all my scheduled transfers".
  4. You will see your standing orders and your one-off transfers.
  5. Click on the transfer that you wish to cancel.
  6. Confirm your choice.

And that's it!

Good to know

  • At the moment, it is not possible to modify a standing order via the online banking or the Ma Banque app. Only the option to cancel the standing order is available.
