Making a transfer

Here is a short video showing you how to make a transfer in your online banking.

Good to Know:

Please note that when you are using your online banking to make transfers, you must ensure you are not using an automatic translation service as it will not allow you to proceed.

  1. From the menu at the bottom of the screen, select TRANSFER then select MAKE A TRANSFER.
  2. Choose the account you wish to send funds from. Please note that transfers to accounts held by anyone other than yourself can only be made from your current account.
  3. To transfer between your own accounts, select MY ACCOUNTS or to transfer to a third party, select MY BENEFICIARIES.

  1. Enter your 4-digit SecuriPass code or use biometrics.
  2. Choose the date on which you would like your transfer to be sent, then click CONTINUE.
  3. Add the amount of your transfer, then CONTINUE.
  4. Now is the time to add any reference that may be pertinent.
  5. You will then see a summary of the transfer – you have the option to go back if the details are incomplete or incorrect.
  6. Click CONFIRM THE TRANSFER.
  7. You will then see a validation screen confirming that your transfer has been actioned.

Sécuripass is a free service (excluding communication costs depending on the operator) requiring the download of the Ma Banque app and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole Online service.
