Making a transfer

  1. Log on with your account number (11 digits) and personal code (6 digits).
  2. Click on «Effectuer un virement».
  3. Select the account you wish to make your transfer from.

Important: Transfers to accounts held by anyone other than yourself can only be made from your current account.

  1. Click on "Mes Bénéficiaires" to make a transfer to your beneficiaries. You can add a new beneficiary by clicking on Ajouter un bénéficiaire..

You can also click on "Mes comptes" to make a transfer to your own Britline accounts (savings or current accounts).

For a Single Transfer:

  1. Click on "Aujourd'hui" for a transfer today, or "Un autre jour" to choose a future date.
  2. Enter the amount.
  3. Optional: Add a reason under "motif du virement" and a reference under "Référence".
  4. Click on "Continuer".
  5. Check the transfer summary (click on the pen icon to modify if needed).
  6. Click on “Confirmer” to confirm.

For a Standing Order:

  1. Click on "De manière permanente".
  2. Choose the frequency (monthly/weekly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually).
  3. Select the start date (not Saturday or Sunday).
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Optional: Add a reason under "motif du virement" and a reference under "Référence".
  6. Click on "Continuer".
  7. Check the transfer summary (click on the pen icon to modify if needed).
  8. Click on "Confirmer le virement" to confirm.

And that’s it!

You will see a screen confirming that your transfer has been taken into account. You can receive a confirmation or send a confirmation to your beneficiary.

  1. Log on with your personal code (6 digits)
  2. Click on “Transfer” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click on “Make a transfer”.
  4. Select the account you wish to make your transfer from.

  1. Click on "My beneficiaries" to make a transfer to your beneficiaries. You can add a new beneficiary by clicking on Ajouter un bénéficiaire..

You can also click on "My accounts" to make a transfer to your own Britline accounts (savings or current accounts).

  1. Click on “Continue” for a transfer today, or click on "Today" to choose a future date.

If you want to set up a standing order, click on "Standing order".

  1. Enter the amount.
  2. Optional: Add a reference and/or Reason for your transfer.
  3. Click on "Continue".
  4. Check the transfer summary (click on the pen icon to modify if needed).
  5. Click on “Confirm the transfer" to confirm.

And that’s it!

You will see a screen confirming that your transfer has been taken into account. You can go back to your account(s) or make a new transfer.

Important information:

  • An advisor will never ask you to make a transfer to refund or cancel a transaction.
  • You will not be able to cancel a same-day transfer.
  • Some transfers may be subject to verification and blocked by our fraud department. A member of the Britline team will contact you if this is the case.
