Easy to arrange, direct debits can be set up on your CA Britline account to make paying bills simple. Complete the mandate supplied by your service provider and return it to them with your bank details (RIB).
You can find your RIB:
- on your online banking or via the Ma Banque app.
- in your chequebook: look at the ‘Bordereau de Remise de Chèques ou Relevé d’Identité Bancaire’ at the front of your chequebook.
Good to know:
If you wish to stop a direct debit, you should contact the company or organisation you have set up the direct debit with in order to cancel the contract you have arranged with them. As a bank, we can only place a block on the payment of the direct debit. This does not cancel the contract you have arranged with your service provider.
