Lost, forgotten or blocked SécuriCode

You will need to log in to your online banking space here using your 11-digit account number and 6-digit personal access code.

  • Click on your name at the top right-hand side of the screen
  • Select ‘Mes Infos Personnelles’
  • Then ‘Gérer mon SécuriCode’

A new SécuriCode will be sent to you in the post.

If you do not use online banking you will need to contact us.

You will have a period of 12 days, during which you will be able to validate online payments using ONLY the text message that you are sent as the first part of the verification process. For this reason, we would recommend that if your payment is urgent, you download our Ma Banque app with SécuriPass as a safe and secure way to validate your online payments.
