Lost, forgotten or blocked SécuriCode

If your SécuriCode is blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts, you have two options to receive a new one.

How to receive a new SécuriCode

Request a new SécuriCode via your online banking

It's the quickest and simplest option. Your new SécuriCode will also be active immediately. 

How to easily request and personalise your SécuriCode via your online banking:

  1. Log on with your account number (11 digits) and personal code (6 digits).
  2. Click on the profile icon at the top right-hand side of screen.
  3. Click on “Mes infos personnelles”.
  4. Click on “Gérer mon SécuriCode”.
  5. Click on “Personnaliser mon SécuriCode”.
  6. Confirm your mobile phone number and click on “Suivant”.

If your number is incorrect, you will need to send us your signed instruction and your last mobile phone bill by email.

  1. Enter the code received by SMS from Crédit Agricole and click on “Suivant”. If you have not received it, you have the possibility to ask for a new one on the same screen.
  2. Create your new SécuriCode: It must contain 1 capital letter and 3 numbers (no sequential numbers and no identical numbers). You can place the letter wherever you want in the code (e.g 24A6). If applicable to you, your new code must be different from your two previous codes.
  3. Confirm your new SécuriCode and click on “Suivant”.

And that’s it! Your SécuriCode is now personalised and will work immediately. You will receive a confirmation by SMS as well as an email in your secured mailbox.

If you have difficulty online

You can contact the Britline team and request your new SécuriCode either by:

  • Text or email: Your new SécuriCode will be activated as soon as you have personalised it via your online banking (the next day at the earliest).
  • Post: Your new SécuriCode will be activated 12 days later.
