Lost, forgotten or blocked SécuriPass code
If you have lost, forgotten or blocked your 4-digit SécuriPass(1) code after 3 unsuccessful attempts, you will be able to create a new code in your Ma Banque(2) app. You will need to log in using your 6-digit personal code and follow different steps depending on your situation.
Easy steps to create a new SécuriPass code:
- If you have lost or forgotten your SécuriPass code:
- Click on “Menu" at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on “Manage my SécuriPass”.
- Enter your 6-digit personal code.
- Click on “Forgot SécuriPass code?”
- Click on “Reset my code”.
- If you have blocked your SécuriPass code:
- Click on “Activate SécuriPass” after logging into your app.
Then, follow these final steps in every situation:
- Click on the link received by SMS within 5 minutes.
- Choose your new 4-digit SécuriPass code.
- Enter your new Sécuripass code again to confirm.
And that's it! Your new SécuriPass code has been created and it is ready to be used.
You will receive a confirmation message to tell you that your SécuriPass has been changed. If you receive this message and you have not made the request, you should contact us immediately.
