Damaged card
If your card is damaged, you will need to contact Britline by telephone to request a new card.
Whilst your physical card is being replaced, you will have access to a temporary virtual card (free service). It is automatically created as soon as your new card is ordered and immediately available in our Paiement Mobile app(1). Check out our help page to see our step-by-step guide on how to download the app here.
Your virtual card can be added into a Wallet (Wero(2) Apple Pay(3)…) and can be used to make purchases via the internet and with your smartphone.
Good to know:
- If you do not want to download Paiement mobile to use your virtual card, your damaged card can still be used for online payments until you receive your new card. Please ask for this option when contacting us. It will then be necessary for you to contact us again after receipt of the new card so that the old one can be definitively cancelled.
- We will ask you to destroy your damaged card.
