Cancelling your health insurance

To cancel your health insurance, we will need several documents from you:

  1. Your signed instruction confirming you wish that your contract be cancelled
  2. A completed Update Contact Details form confirming your address in the UK
  3. A proof of your address in the UK – this can be a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, council tax or landline telephone) or a letter from HMRC

You can send these documents as PDF attachments via email to Your policy will be cancelled 30 days after receipt of all of the above documents.

Alternatively, as long as you have held your policy for more than 12 months, you can arrange for the cancellation of the contract while you are still in France. We will still need your signed instruction with a specific request to cancel your health insurance contract with 30 days' notice , using the “Loi Hamon”. Your contract will then be cancelled 30 days after receipt of this instruction.

This contract is issued by your regional head office Crédit Agricole Normandie, registered with the ORIAS as a broker.
