Finding your insurance premium renewal date

Your policy will have an annual renewal date (“échéance principale”). This is not to be confused, however, with the start date of the policy ("date d’effet"), as they can sometimes differ.

Here’s how you can find the details of your insurance contract, including its renewal date:

  1. Log into your account using your 11-digit account number and six-digit personal access code
  2. On the home page, below your current account details, you will see:
  1. Click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the bar to display the contracts you have in place.
  2. Click on the contract in question – this will open up a new page giving you all of the details of your policy.

Your renewal notice will be made available on your online banking facility at least 30 days before the renewal date.

To find your renewal notice:

  1. Click on "Accéder à Mes E-Documents".
  1. Select "Assurances Biens et Personnes".
  1. Click on the arrow on the right hand side of the bar
  2. Select Avis de Renouvellement PACIFICA

  1. Open up the PACIFICA app using your 11 digit account number and 6 digit personal access code (the same one that you use to access your online banking)
  2. Select the contract you wish to view
  3. Click Consulter mon Contrat
