Sending health insurance devis or factures

It is not possible to send health insurance devis and/or factures via your online banking facility.

You can visit www.ca-prestations-sante.fr and access MON ESPACE CLIENT SANTE.

If you have not already set up an online account, this is quick and easy to do – but do note that you will need to have your Social Security number to hand.

Once you have created your account you will be able to:
  1. Send dental/optical devis directly to Pacifica to know how much will be paid and how much (if anything) will be at your cost.
  2. Download a copy of your "Carte Tiers Payant"
  3. Download statements and look at the details of reimbursements that have been made.

For simplicity and ease of access for your insurance needs, we recommend that you download the app called "Mes Assurances", which will enable you to access the details of insurance contracts for car, house, personal injury, top-up Health , public liability and mobile devices.

You can log in with your bank account login details (remember to choose "Normandie" for the region).

Once the app is activated, you can make a claim, send documents, download attestations and access all important telephone numbers directly.

For your top-up health insurance contracts, you can access and download your "Carte Tiers Payant", as well as send your devis and factures directly to Pacifica.

Top-up health insurance policy is provided by PACIFICA, an insurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances. The events covered and conditions are specified in the contract. This contract is issued by Crédit Agricole Normandy, which is registered with ORIAS as an insurance broker. The broker’s details are available at www.mentionscourtiers.credit-agricole.fr or at your regional bank.
