Requesting a release of funds

Need to release funds from your mortgage for renovations or for a new built work? Discover how to release mortgage funds online and arrange payments to your beneficiaries.

How to release your mortgage funds online:

  1. Log on to your secure online banking with your account number and personal code.
  2. Click on "Crédits" from the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Gérer mes déblocages de crédits immobiliers".
  4. Click on "Demander un déblocage".
  5. Enter the required amount and the type of release.

If you need to release the funds as soon as possible, you need to choose "Classique". If you need to release the funds at a later or pre-determined date, you need to choose "Différé". Don't also forget to tick the box if it's your first request to release funds.

  1. Upload your supporting documents (10 maximum) and click on "Suivant".
  2. Check the summary and click on "Valider" or "Précédent" if you need to modify something.

And that's it!

You will be able to follow the progress of your request in the same section "Gérer mes déblocages".

  1. Log on with your personal code (6 digits)
  2. Click on "Loan" at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on "Release my mortgage funds".
  4. Click on "Demander un déblocage".
  5. Enter the required amount and the type of release.

If you need to release the funds as soon as possible, you need to choose "Classique". If you need to release the funds at a later or pre-determined date, you need to choose "Différé". Don't also forget to tick the box if it's your first request to release funds.

What happens next?

  • If your request is approved: The funds will automatically be released and credited to your current account, usually within 3 working days
  • If your request is incomplete: You will receive an automatic email (in French). Don't worry, simply contact us and we will explain what's missing.

 

Transferring funds to your beneficiary

You will need to send us a signed instruction by email to transfer the funds (the amount generally exceeds the maximum transfer limits you are allowed to make on your own).

How to arrange the transfer:

  • Download and complete our transfer request form.
  • Sign and return it to us by email.
  • We will make your transfer on your behalf. 

Transfers to French accounts usually take 2-3 working days to be credited.
