Requesting a release of funds

You can request a release of funds from your loan via your online banking facility or via the Ma Banque app. 

  1. Log in to your account using your account number and personal code.
  2. Click “Mes Opérations”, “Mes Crédits” and then “Gérer mes déblocages de crédits immobilier”.
  3. Follow the steps as indicated, including uploading any necessary documents.

You will also be able to follow the progress of your request via this facility.

If your request is approved, the funds will automatically be released and credited to your current account, usually within three working days. If your request and documents are incomplete, you will receive an email to tell you. This email is in French, so do not hesitate to call us so we can explain what the problem may be.

Good to Know:

Once the funds appear in your bank account, you will need to send us a signed instruction to transfer the funds to the beneficiary (the amount of the transfer will probably be too high for you to do yourself online).  To do this, please complete and return our Transfer Request Form.

A euro (SEPA) transfer from your CA Britline account to any beneficiary within France usually takes 2-3 days to reach and credit the beneficiary account.
