Lost, forgotten or blocked online access code

You can request a new code via your online banking.

By clicking on the link you will be asked to complete a short form asking you to confirm your name, date of birth, account number and contact details.

You then need to click "valider" at the bottom of the page to formalise your request.
If you have provided the mobile telephone number which is already registered against your account, we will send your new online access code as a text message.
If you do not have a mobile telephone, or the number you provide is not already registered against your account, we will send your new online access code by post.
When you are ready to log back into the online facility, you will be invited to change the code you have been sent to something that is more memorable for you.

Good to Know:

Your 6-digit code cannot be a code you have previously used, and cannot be a series of consecutive numbers - 123456 or 654321 for example.
Please note also that when you are using the Crédit Agricole website to change this 6 digit number you must ensure you are not using an automatic translation service as it will not allow you to make the change.

Open the Ma Banque app

  1. My Accounts
  2. I have forgotten my personal code

You will then be directed to a page in French where you will be asked to input the following information:

  1. Your title (Mr or Mrs)
  2. Your surname
  3. Your first name
  4. Your date of birth
  5. Your CA Britline account number
  6. Your email address
  7. Your telephone numbers
  8. Your address and postcode
  9. Then click VALIDER

If your mobile telephone number is registered on our system, we will send you a new 6-digit access code as a text message.  We cannot send a text message to any other mobile telephone number.

If you do not have a mobile telephone number registered on our system, your 6-digit access code will be sent by post to the home address we hold on file.
