Lost, forgotten or blocked online access code

If you have lost, forgotten or blocked your 6-digit personal code, you will have to request a new one via your online banking or your Ma Banque(1) app. 
If you have been a victim of a fraud, we also strongly recommend you change your personal code.

How to request a new personal code:

  1. Click on “Log in” to access your online banking facility.
  2. Click on “Cliquez ici” (bottom right-hand side).

  1. Enter your account number (11 digits) under “Identifiant” and enter your date of birth under “Date de naissance”.

Please note that you must ensure you are not using an automatic translation service as it will not allow you to change your personal code.

  1. Click on “Suivant”.

If you have SécuriPass: Click on the notification received on your mobile phone and enter your 4-digit code.

If you don’t have SécuriPass: Enter the code received by SMS. If your current telephone number is not registered on our system, you will receive your new personal code by post to the home address we hold on file (this could take between 3 to 10 days).

  1. Create a new 6-digit code and click on “Suivant”.
  2. Confirm your new code and click on “Validez”.

And that’s it! Your personal code has been changed and you can now access your online banking to manage your account(s).

  1. Click on “Log in”.
  2. Click on “I have forgotten my personal code”
  3. Enter your account number (11 digits) under “Identifiant” and enter your date of birth under “Date de naissance”.
  4. Click on “Suivant”.

If you have SécuriPass: Click on the notification received on your mobile phone and enter your 4-digit code.

If you don’t have SécuriPass: Enter the code received by SMS. If your current telephone number is not registered on our system, you will receive your new personal code by post to the home address we hold on file.

  1. Create a new 6-digit code and click on “Suivant”.
  2. Confirm your new code and click on “Validez”.

And that’s it! Your personal code has been changed and you can now access your banking app to manage your account(s).

Important information:

  • Your 6-digit code cannot be a code you have previously used. .
  • It cannot be your date of birth or a series of consecutive numbers (123456 or 654321 for example).
