Updating your telephone number or email address

In order to update your telehone number or change your email address, you need to call CA Britline on 0033 (0)2 31 55 67 89*. For security reasons this is not a modification that you are able to do yourself online.

Please ensure you have your 6-digit personal code which you use for online banking when you call so that you can be identified by our automated security system. You will then be able to speak to an advisor who will add and secure your new contact details in our system.

Alternatively, you can complete and sign our update contact details form and return it to us by email. You also need to send a recent copy of your mobile phone bill (no more than 3 months old) showing your full name, address and new mobile phone number.
