Updating your telephone number or email address

In order to add or modify your mobile phone number and have it secured in our system (to enable you to receive secure codes by SMS), you need to call CA Britline on 0033 (0)2 31 55 67 89. For security reasons this is not a modification that you are able to do yourself online.

Please ensure you have your 6-digit access code which you use for online banking when you call so that you can be identified by our automated security system. You will then be able to speak to an advisor who will add and secure your number in our system.

Alternatively, you can complete and sign our update contact details form and return it to us with a recent copy of your mobile phone bill (no more than 3 months old) that shows your full name, your address and your mobile phone number.
