Informing us of a change in your circumstances

If you need to notify us of a change in your circumstances (moving house, marriage, divorce, separation, death etc.), you can contact us by email at contact@britline.com or via you secure inbox accessible from the Ma Banque app⁽¹⁾ and online banking.

You will need to attach supporting documents – either in PDF or JPEG format. 

Please note that we would require a handwritten signed instruction by email to make any changes to your details.
