Informing us of a change in your circumstances

If you need to notify us of a change in your circumstances (moving house, marriage, divorce, separation, death etc.), you can contact us by email at contact@britline.com or via you secure banking inbox.

You will need to attach supporting documents – either in PDF or JPEG format - that you feel may be relevant, depending on your change of circumstances.

Please note that to make any changes to your details we would require a handwritten signed instruction. This can also be attached in PDF or JPEG format.
