Accessing your bank statements

Here is a short video showing you where you can find all of the documents relating to your CA Britline account in your online banking, including:

  1. Your bank statements (these are stored for a maximum of 10 years)
  2. Contracts you have signed electronically
  3. Information regarding your other products and services


  • Open the Ma Banque app with your 6-digit personal access code.

  • Click the MENU icon in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, then MY DOCUMENTS.
  • Enter your CA Britline 11-digit account number, followed by your 6-digit personal access code.
  • You will be invited to turn your phone to landcsape mode as it is easier to read your documents this way.
  • You are now on a page called "CONSUTATION DOCUMENTS ELECTRONIQUES"

  • Click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the banner to see a list of all of the accounts where statements are available.
  • You can then click on the account itself to open a list of the statements available for that particular account.
  • If your CA Britline account has been open, and you have been registered for e-documents for more than 12 months, you may have more than one page of statements available to view. Statements remain available for you to view online for a period of 10 years.


    Sécuripass is a free service (excluding communication costs depending on the operator) requiring the download of the Ma Banque app and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole Online service. Conditions and limits of the service can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Use available in the Ma Banque app or on request from your branch.
