Accessing your online documents

You can find all your banking documents on your online banking or on your Ma Banque(1) app:

  • Bank statements
  • Card contracts
  • Savings contracts 
  • Insurance documents
  • Mortgage documents (repayments schedule, signed offer etc.)

 

How to access your online documents : 

  1. Log in to your secure online banking.
  2. Click on "Documents".
  3. Click on "Accéder à mes documents".

You will see your most recent documents.

  1. Click on "Voir tous les documents" to see all your documents or search for a document under the "recherche" tab.

You can also scroll down on the main screen to see different categories (Comptes, Assurances, Autres, Moyens de paiement etc) and click on the category that you are looking for.

  1. Click on the download icon to download a document.

  1. Log in with your personal code (6 digits)
  2. Click on "Menu" at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click on "See my documents".

You will see your most recent documents.

  1. Click on "Voir tous les documents" to see all your documents or search for a document under the search tab.

You can also scroll down on the main screen to see different categories (Comptes, Assurances, Autres, Moyens de paiement etc) and click on the category that you are looking for.

  1. Click on the download icon to download a document.

You can add your document in your favourites by clicking on the star.
