Accessing your account online

Once your account has been opened, you will be able to access your online account from the CA Normandie website or from our Ma Banque app.

You will be asked to enter your login details. Your account number ("numéro de compte") will be your username ("identifiant") and your personal access code ("code personnel") will be sent out to you after your account opening interview, either as a text message or by post.

The first personal access code you receive is temporary and should be changed the first time you log in to your online banking.

Good to Know:

Your 6-digit code cannot be a code you have previously used, and cannot be a series of consecutive numbers - 123456 or 654321 for example.
Please note also that when you are using your online banking to either change your 6-digit personal access code, or to make transfers, you must ensure you are not using an automatic translation service as it will not allow you to proceed.

In order to use the Ma Banque app, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the App Store or Google Play store, depending on the type of mobile device you are using.
  2. Under the ‘Apps’, search for "Ma Banque".
  3. Once found and downloaded click on log in to create your profile.
  4. Next, select "Normandie" from  the drop-down list of French departments.
  5. Enter your CA Britline 11-digit account number, followed by your 6-digit personal access code.
  6. You will then be asked to activate SécuriPass - this is used to validate online payments, or to verify your identity as part of a two-factor authentication process.
  7. Create a 4 digit code - personal to you.  You should NEVER share this number with anyone else.

It is ESSENTIAL that you activate notifications from SécuriPass so that you are able to validate your online payments simply and quickly.

You can now access your account.

The use of the application requires the use of a communication terminal compatible with Internet access and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole En Ligne service.
