Signing your contract(s) online

Signing your contract(s) online is the quickest and easiest way to finalise your subscription to any of our products and services.

How to sign a contract using the online banking:

  1. Log in with your account number (11 digits) and personal code (6 digits)
  2. Click on “Documents”.
  3. Click on “Accéder à mes démarches”.
  4. Click on “Continuer” to start the process of signature.
  5. Read the pre-contractual information and terms and conditions (you can click on “Télécharger” to download them).
  6. Tick the box confirming you read the documents and click on “Continuer". 
  7. Click on "Valider le récapitulatif” to validate the contract summary. 
  8. Read the contractual documents, tick the box to confirm and click on “Signer”.

You contrat is signed and you can find it under your “Documents”. 

Signature on the Ma Banque app(1)

If your contract is eligible, you will see a notification (bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen) showing the number of documents awaiting your signature.

Click on the contract you need to sign and follow the steps to complete the signing process.
