Accessing your account online
Once your current account has been opened, you will be able to access your account(s) from your online banking or from the Ma Banque(1) app.
The first 6-digit access code you receive by SMS (or post) is temporary. You must modify it the first time you log on either on the app or the online banking.
If you have lost, forgotten or blocked your personal code, you will simply need to request a new one online: Check out our step-by-step guide in English here.
