Finding a RIB

Your RIB is a bank slip that contains all the information needed to set up direct debits (bank code, branch code, account number, clé RIB). If you are working in France, your employer will need your RIB information in order to pay you. It also contains the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code necessary for making international transfers to the account.

Here is a short video showing you where you can find your RIB in your online banking.

Open the Ma Banque app with your 6-digit personal access code.

Click ‘FULL BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS’

Your IBAN and BIC code is available to view immediately.

By clicking "SHARE MY BANK ACCOUNT IDENTIFICATION", you will be able to send these RIB details as a PDF file via email, WhatsApp, Messenger, or directly to your printer if you need a paper copy.

Sécuripass is a free service (excluding communication costs depending on the operator) requiring the download of the Ma Banque app and a subscription to the Crédit Agricole Online service. Conditions and limits of the service can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Use available in the Ma Banque app or on request from your branch.
