Christmas is coming

It’s almost that time again when you are probably going to spend extra on your card when it comes to buying presents or travelling around at the festive period.

Remember:

  • Your pin code for your card cannot be changed. Don't be tempted to try and change it should you use it in a UK cash machine, even if you are given the option of changing the code. This will only block your card.
  • If you have forgotten your code think about asking us to resend it to you(4). This will be sent to your fiscal address. Request a re-send
  • Make sure wherever you make your purchases to keep your code hidden from others and your card in your possession at all times. If you are making internet purchases consult Peace of mind when purchasing online for some advice on keeping safe.
