We often get questions from our customers about exchange rates or exchanging money so in the first of a regular feature we would like to share with you a question we received from a customer and the answer that Dan our exchange specialist gave:

“Hello, when is the best time to make an international money transfer? Do rates improve at specific times of the year”.

Dan wrote back: "This is probably the most popular question we get asked so you’re definitely not alone in asking this. Most people want to know whether there is a time of the day, week or year when exchange rates are better than other times so they can wait until then to make their transfer. So, does the "best time" to send money overseas actually exist? Generally…".
