You may have noticed it has been some time since we last updated you with our newsletter.

We have sent many your way over the years, and we think it is time to change some things, don’t you? That’s why we would like your feedback which is vital to make sure this newsletter is everything you want it to be.

Did someone say Sécuricode?

For those of you without Sécuripass, Sécuricode is a new way to strengthen the security of your online card payments. It is a permanent alphanumerical code that you may already have received in the post. Keep it safe, as you will now need to enter it in addition to the single-use code you receive by SMS.

If you wish to make things easier, and you own a smartphone, Securipass in the best way to do so. You can activate this through the Ma Banque app, and will simply receive a push notification when a payment needs to be authenticated.

Top tip : If you are setting up Ma Banque for the first time, when it asks for the department number, please put in 14, and then the region Normandie, where our head office is located. If you don’t, the app will not recognise your account number.
