Contactless payments

In the current health crisis, more and more of our customers are using the option of ‘contactless payment’. In order to allow even more flexibility and limit your physical contact with electronic payment terminals, the limit for contactless payment with both VISA or MasterCard has been raised from €30 to €50. As a result, the limit for cumulative and successive payments in contactless mode also increases(4). No action on your part is necessary for the limit to be increased and these new limits modify and replace those existing in your payment card contract.
You can disactivate at any time this option via your French online banking space.

Keeping in touch is important therefore if you have changed your telephone n°, postal and /or email address recently please let us know by sending us a signed request for update.
The contact details are not only very important to us in the event we need to get in touch but also if you need to make online transactions such as purchases with your card as an up to date, secure telephone n° will be needed.
