Have you activated Securipass yet?
If you use MA BANQUE in order to continue to manage your accounts you now need to activate the option Securipass if you have not already done so.

What does Securipass do ?

  • Allows you to validate online purchases directly within the app- no more waiting for a text message code to come through.
  • Allows you to add beneficiary accounts to your account to make transfers without having to wait 48hrs before making the transfer.

KYC ? What is it ?

In order to provide you with the best possible support over time, we need to ask you regularly to update your personal information.

Why is it important to update your personal information?
  • To offer you solutions adapted to your situation and projects.
  • To secure your banking transactions.
  • It is also a regulatory obligation for banks reinforcing their constant vigilance against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
This is in accordance with the EU Directive of the 20/5/2015 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing (the "4th AML Directive").

What information may be requested from you?
Your advisor will regularly ask you for information about your personal and financial situation, such as: profession, income, assets, etc...
In some cases, this information will need to be updated with supporting documents. We will always provide secure ways of receiving your documents and we will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords / personal codes, card details by telephone.
We will be sending you regular emails on this subject over the course of our relationship.
