Top Tip

If you have recently changed from a sole account to a joint account or are currently sharing a 6 digit personal access code with you partner for French online banking please contact us to receive your own individual code. Your 6 digit personal access code is very important. It will be needed not only when calling us but also when logging in to your online banking, and from time to time when using the app Ma Banque.

When you receive an email informing you that you have received an E-doc always consult your online banking to see which document has been made available to you. The message you receive may be titled ‘You have a message!’ or ‘Vos documents "Banque, Assurance" à disposition’. E-docs can include:

  • Bank statements
  • Insurance documents
  • Mortgage or loan document
  • Fiscal declarations
  • Means of Payments
  • Regulatory information
