(1) According to the law n°2008-776 of 04/08/2008 and subject to any amendments or conventions signed between Crédit Agricole and the government and according to any characteristics which may be defined therein.
(2) Gross annual, nominal rate valid as of 01/08/2009. Exempt from income tax and social charges in France. Non-residents should declare interest earned on their tax return. The interest rate of a Livret A is set by the government. Any change of interest rate is applicable to your Livret A as soon as the change has been announced in the Offical Journal.
(3) Minimum deposit 10€, maximum balance 15300€ excluding accumulated interest.
(4) Only one Livret A account can be held by any one person and in only one bank.
(5) Offer valid for subscriptions to car insurance with effect from 01/09/2008 linked to the reservation of a Livret A with Crédit Agricole.
