CA Britline offers you Protection Juridique, which gives you direct access to an English speaking French legal expert and will if required, cover your legal expenses up to 20,000 €. The policy provides legal assistance and legal / financial protection for the policy holder and their family in the event of a lawsuit arising in France, concerning their private life or work. *

How it works ?

1. If you are in doubt about any issue and feel that taking legal action could be necessary, you can call our helpline, which is manned by English speaking legal experts, who will tell you your rights and let you know what to do next.
   


2. If you have a valid case, which could result in a financial loss greater than 150 €, one of our experts will first of all try to find an amicable solution to the problem.
   


3. If this cannot be achieved, the policy will cover your legal expenses up to a maximum of 20,000 €. You may either choose your own solicitor, or we will recommend one for you.
